This thing works great, the battery lasts a long time (even in cold weather) and it is a great safety item since you can answer the phone and talk without touching anything.

Not very heavily, but I still haven't charged it and it has been turned on in my car for about two months now in very cold weather.

Must say I'm very impressed with the battery's ability to hold a charge -- especially in cold weather.

I've had it for weeks in the car in very cold weather (down to -25 C at night) without having had to recharge it at all yet

I'm in a cold weather environment (it can get bitterly cold in the winter months, sub zero many nights) and haven't had any issues with that yet

I do recommend as it has a great volume level, can be easy to use when in range of a tower (or says not supported), and the list of controls are somewhat hard to understand or don't work

Looking for some other brand that works as it should.
