The music cuts in and out quite often which completely ruins the product given the price.

Good product with many nice qualities—not the best version of this, but still excellent!

Logitech now owns the company and I'm still glad to see they are continuing to produce great products

I have always loved their products and have never had an issue with customer service or product replacement

So if you are just listening to music you wouldn't even notice it because it just seems like a 1-2 second pause at the start of the song but if you want these to work for more than just running and listening to music like most people would who drop $150 on earbuds, this is not the right product

I love Jaybird, had all their headphones before, but this product has some serious issues and they need to step up their game

I bought the jaybirds yesterday after trying the new iconx which cut out in the left ear often and sounded flat, I tried the Jabra elite 65t which fit amazing and had great features but would cut out in the left ear again disappointed
