The right earbud on the new pair will not turn on AT ALL now.
What happens is that while the music is playing, one earbud will lose connection, which will make the other earbud lose it as well, and then after an abrupt interruption, the music fades back in
b/c the right earbud has to connect to the left and in the process the lag appears.
it seems the right earbud drains quicker than the left for some
the charging cradle does not always connect to the right earbud

I love the size of these and how they don’t visually stand out in my ears.
I like the size of the charging case, but the not the shape
I'm using the smallest sizes and they still hurt
These are a great, compact size, (stay put thanks to the "twist-fit", as I like to call it) and you have some customization in what the buttons do which can be helpful depending on activity
I feel like my ears are a pretty normal size but for whatever reason earphones don’t seem to stay in.

The pair I received had multiple issues straight out of the box.1
My husband and I both have a pair and we love these headphones
Sound quality is good but very very difficult Bluetooth pairing, sound cuts out frequently, especially on the left ear, and during voice calls only the right ear works
Good pair of earbuds but some connectivity issues without newest update
I bought a $40 pair of wireless ear buds two years ago and while they are not very attractive, they still work.

Jaybird, I appreciate you giving me flexibility in my EQ profile, but it's 2017 and frankly not acceptable that these earbuds sound so bad out of the box that I need to crowdsource a better profile from hundreds posted in the community area of the app to get decent audio
On a 30 minute walk, I lost audio in the left ear more than 10 times
but once the audio becomes loud enough, the static would get covered.
When I tried to expand use of them by watching series/movies there was a significant audio delay that hinders the viewing experience
Everything else is great & i'm assuming customer service is as good as with all my previous jaybird purchases.

I read the reviews about the left earbud not working, but trusted they had fixed the problem with the new firmware
Don’t believe all the bad reviews...they are likely based on old firmware
I went with these even knowing that multiple reviews had reported issues with connection and stuttering, etc
Disappointing in these headphones - had read a review on Gizmodo or something that said they were good alternatives to AirPods, but that has not been the case at all
I couldn't find any, so here's your honest review from a musician who bought these to have a decent pair of earbuds for on the go that won't get in the way
