The touch controls are a nightmare

Additionally, the touch controls are a little sensitive, I always end up pausing and otherwise affecting the music when making adjustments to the earbud

Could probably use these as ear plugs... touch controls are a tad finicky

The big downside is definitely the touch controls

The touch controls are just awful

The only Con I have is that the touch controls on the JBL headphones are a little finicky and I would recommend just using your phone to change the volume and songs
