For example, to turn up the volume you're supposed to "swipe up" on the right earphone

The Plantronics right earphone stopped working after a year

I’m sure there are pricier earphones out there that are better, but these do the trick as a good set of sports headphones for the price

That said, just realize you cannot reach the controls on the side of the right earphone at that point, so you can listen but cannot answer a phone call or change tracks on songs while riding.

The only Con I have is that the touch controls on the JBL headphones are a little finicky and I would recommend just using your phone to change the volume and songs

Additionally, the touch controls are a little sensitive, I always end up pausing and otherwise affecting the music when making adjustments to the earbud

Could probably use these as ear plugs... touch controls are a tad finicky
