Great concept, horrible battery life and battery in the case.

This is a huge letdown especially when you're watching videos & the audio is 1-2 seconds behind, which is always the case, therefore completely botching the whole concept of truly wireless earbuds

I absolutely love the concept of being fully wireless with the Samsung Gear Icon

I love the concept, but the battery only lasts barely a hour when it is running on bluetooth.

so I made sure the fit was a bit snug and bothered me just a little at first

And sometimes the touch pad doesn't work as well as I like

Great sound, perfect fit, don't even know they're in my ears.

The fit and look were fine, but i never felt confident it would hold.

Controls are handled by touchpads on the sides of the earbuds through swipes and jesters are a great idea and well executed.

And sometimes the touch pad doesn't work as well as I like

There are bluetooth headphones with longer battery life that sit on the back of your neck or have ear pieces connected by a cord - Ive tried and dislike both as they are uncomfortable and even short cords can still get in the way

Great idea but really poor execution on the part of Samsung.

The major negatives are the poor battery life and the unreliable touch controls

A very cool feature is the ambient sound, you can listen to music and still keep a conversation with somebody, it’s a great feature to keep you aware of your surroundings, since it has a microphone built in (not recommended on a windy day)You can receive and make phone calls, listen to your favorite tunes, keep track of your health and much more all in the power of your finger, as it is controlled through touch pads!I highly recommend the Samsung

However those do make my ear uncomfortable if I wear them for a long time, the controls are kind of finicky, and the fitness tracking function is really useless

The media controls I guess are supposed to be like a touch control with your finger rarely works or is spotty at best.

Honestly I can't even use them for more than 15 minutes without my ears hurting so any other features of the product are useless to me.

Samsung should give these another shot, drop the useless health features and increase battery life and maybe price them a little more reasonably.

Being able to load music on to the ear buds is one of the best features about

I took off 2 stars for the rather useless activity tracking features, the limited playback capabilities and the battery life issues

Best feature is you don't have to depend on your phone for music

The battery life is pretty short and one earbud will drain quicker than the other sometimes, also the chargeing case glitches out and says they arent charged when they have been plugged in for hours

Then if that weren't bad enough, before my run was over, the right earbud was completely drained

If the main earbud out of battery then the other one will be useless

But one earbud or headphone after another have been huge disappointments, gadgets that that get tossed in the large storage tub that contain all kinds of failed or impractical or just flat out bad technology

If they worked consistently (or at all, eventually) these would be excellent earbuds

These are the most uncomfortable earbuds I have ever tried.

They do work very well as truly wireless Bluetooth earbuds though

But if you just want some great sounding wireless earbuds, look no further.

I could not recommend these earbuds because of Samsung support, or lack of it.

However, they went through the washing machine and the right bud died.

You will find a dead pillbox and then dead buds if you leave the loaded pillbox OFF of a charger for more than a few days

You won’t find a better, more comfortable ear bud for working out on the market.

I am not someone who usually writes reviews, but I felt compelled to because these buds are terrible, terrible, terrible.

If you leave the ear buds in the case and not plugged in, the case and ear buds will die in about 2 days.

The headphones feel great when putting in the ear and fit snug.

Overall they are great headphones and I am very happy that I purchased them

The headphones fit great for me and the performance of the headphones themselves are good

The fit is great, the weight is non existent, the sound is really good, just enough bass for me who would consider themselves a bass head.

They die very weekly and the sound is weak with no bass

And the sound is completely weak, zero bass, the sounds is very very far in the background

The sound, fit, and functionality of these earbuds is fantastic

This product is great and perfect for those who love to workout

This probably the least gimmicky product with more emphasis to perfection from Samsung

This is one of the worst product experiences I've had in a long time

I'd say this is a great product overall considering this is the first try from Samsung

Once again Samsung came out with a great new product but missed the mark with the battery life

The case is to used for both charging the storing the ear buds, however when I leave it stored in the case for a day or two, both the case and ear buds go dead

When the case WAS working, my biggest complaint was the battery

Obviously my biggest complaint right now is that the case is not working

It comes with a great carrying case that also doubles as a charger, great for when you're on the go

But even if you don't use the headphones after charging them up, they and the charging carrying case will be drained of battery life by the next day

You can also get S health info and works as a stand alone product that you can download 1000 songs to it from your phone.

Being able to hear the ambient noise with them in is super useful!

Surprisingly easy to set up as well as in their use; intuitive, consistent controls, with useful feedback; well laid out - much better (simpler) approach than any similar buds.2

They have a cool feature called "ambient noise" that allows you to hear ambient sound, albeit an amplified version of it

I'd give it a B+, but because there's no wires, it's worth it IMO

Turning on/off the ambient sound pass through requires holding it for 3 seconds, which if you are in motion is a bit tricky.

Battery life is horrible and worst of all; they continue to drain the battery and charge case battery continually.

The battery life of the case and headphones deplete while not in use or connected to anything

If you are ok with a wire linking the 2 earbuds, I would recommend the Jaybird X2 which has much better battery life and a louder sound.

Bluetooth earbuds have continued to get smaller and better sounding with better battery life.

I've owned 14-dollar bluetooth headphones with much better battery life.

When I'm running or working out, I have to stop and readjust them, because they will stop playing if it's not a good connection

The fitness tracker did not work well during workouts that were more involved than simple jogs etc and lost connection with the phone (during jumping jacks for example).

* on 3 occasions, both buds lost connection with the phone, despite being within 2 ft of it

Robust & consistent connection; continues to pair immediately and I've had very few mysterious dropouts due to Unidentified spells or Dark arts, although I've yet to take them running through Diagon

Remember than while the single use limit is probably 60-90 minutes , these will recharge in their case in your pocket or bag ( the case itself recharge on a "cell phone style" micro usb cable at home, at your desk or if you carry a battery back up

On top of having to reset them in the middle of a workout, the battery life straight sucks, maybe 70-80 minutes

Well they lasted about 90 minutes instead.

Charges back to full in 30 minutes or less.3am-5am : I'm in the cooler(about 30 degrees) with both earbuds on for the entire 2 hours.5am-5:15am : 15 minute break

However, as mentioned above they are not meant to be headphone replacements for extended time as they died in 1 hour 45 minutes just streaming music

Well, a great idea also needs great execution, and in this case, Samsung missed the mark

If you like R&B/Rap/Hip-Hop for working out you should be fine but don't count on great Bass.
