When the case WAS working, my biggest complaint was the battery

Few hours per charge, case is a charger as well

and I wasn't disappointed!First of all, the Samsung Gear IconX Earbuds come in a compact, versatile case.

Solid case that doubles as a charging dock and has a battery of its own that is good enough to recharge the earbuds about 3 times

I had been charging the day before and leave the case open once I am done which is another not convenient thing for me because they may fall out of the case or my bag.

However, the case is not very rugged and can be easily bumped open in a pocket, preventing charge or causing damage

I do feel like my case doesn't have 3 full charges, which someone mentioned

Obviously my biggest complaint right now is that the case is not working

I use mine all the time, charging them in the cool carrying case throughout the day.

Apparently the ear buds never turn off so they drain the case constantly, so if your going for a run you literally need to take them directly off the charger before you go

If the case was actually capable of giving five full charges as advertised, this wouldn't have been as much of an issue

No lights, no evidence of charging buds or case... just a dead case plugged into the wall

The case is so compact and carry-friendly that there's really no reason you shouldn't be carrying it with you unless you don't have pockets I guess

The portable charging case comes with a cord that you can plug into a phone charger adapter, making it easy to charge anywhere

But even if you don't use the headphones after charging them up, they and the charging carrying case will be drained of battery life by the next day

Avoid these earbuds... at least until they work out the kinks, improve the battery life and get a better charging method/case

I leave them in the case when not in use and about two days later, not only are the buds themselves drained, but the case is also totally drained and must be charged

The case says it can recharge them but the case itself can't hold a charge either, it will also just die if I don't leave it plugged in

I like the case that recharges the earbuds about 3x before the case needs to be charged

The Samsung earphones were nicely packed and included a cool carrying/charging case, different size earbuds, and a charging cord with USB adapter.

Case - I LOVE the case, and how it has a battery of its own, and it'll charge when you put the buds in.

I hardly use them but i love that they have a portable charging case and that i can store music on them without using my phones blue-tooth.

The case obviously is working, and I haven’t had any major issues since I last updated this

However, I can fully charge the Icon X headphones and case and go to use them 2 days later and the case is dead and the headphones are either dying or almost dead

This product comes with a great case that has saved my butt from breaking these headphones

Great quality (a little heavy but expected seeing as though they have digital storage), great design and the case puts them over the top.

Would like the battery life to be a little longer, but the portable charging case is great.

Also, they don't fit quite as nicely in the charging case, but certainly good enough, and the case shuts fine with a little extra pressure

They disconnect from bluetooth regularly, the sound is really poor, and the case hinge broke after about a week of light use

The case is to used for both charging the storing the ear buds, however when I leave it stored in the case for a day or two, both the case and ear buds go dead

There are bluetooth headphones with longer battery life that sit on the back of your neck or have ear pieces connected by a cord - Ive tried and dislike both as they are uncomfortable and even short cords can still get in the way
