The idea behind them is genius but they are made very poorly

Second Pair of these i have bought for my Girlfriend and both of these have died in around a year, great idea and a great product as long as it is working.

I love the idea of the product and maybe I just got an off quality one

One thing though, the foamies get dirty really

I am a proffesional woodworker, and spend my day surrounded by noisy equipment, these things block virtually everything out, even annoying coworkers at the right volume(just kidding guys, but they do work that well!)

I didn't abuse these things, just had them connected to my phone in my pocket at work

I'm back online showing some co-workers where I bought these sweet things

These things are amazing I work in a factory and no one will ever know that you have headphones

This setup doesn't sound nearly as good but at least provides effective ear protection and freedom of movement

So satisfied with these, they not only have great sound quality they are perfect ear protection for a loud environment

These do work as ear protection, and sound pretty decent as headphones

I wear these on the job, but not in places I need good hearing protection

The bass is very poor, I'm sure if the sound is improve, people won't mind to pay a little more.

but, I work in a factory high level of noise, these head phones have no bass at all

Sound quality is good as well - and much better bass than I'd expected

Three days ago the bass suddenly stopped working on the headphones, I tried other headphones on my phone and they sound fine

Great bass zero outside noise and always stays in ears.

These uave worked great for my factory job for abt 3 months before one headphone blewnout and then a month later thebother one

It seams like they have spent more money on the new added storage container which is something I don't use

I gave these poorly built plugs 3 chances and just wasted my money.

Well worth the money with outstanding audio quality, frequency range, and durability.

Best headphone for work, so discreetly put at a right volume you can listen to music and the other person

Of course they do not sound like expensive headphones but they do not sound distorted and they do not stay behind in my opinion

Its pretty upsetting bc this is the most expensive headphones I have ever purchased.

But let's face it when your work don't allow headphones and you're required to wear ear plugs they work.

The sound quality is better than the Bose noise-canceling headphones I *used to* have

These have worked great for a month now, sound quality seems just as good as other standard ear buds.

First one ear losses sound and the other is not far behind

Regular ear plugs block noise but leave me with the screeching of tinnitus

Other earbuds in the past tend to hurt his bad ear but he has had no problem with these!

I enjoy these much better than the over ear hearing protection with builtin headphones; they hurt my ears after awhile

Wires only stay flexible for a few months,my new pair had a bad pinch in the wires just behind the earplugs,on both sides.but they still worked,i am sure that will be the failure spot in a month or two.

I have tinnitus; I needed something to protect my ears from motorcycle and wind noise while riding

with only limited practice, I can now insert these and get very good wind/noise isolation

I wear them riding my motorcycle and they block out ALL the wind noise.

Anyone who uses a Sena bluetooth communicator knows that the combination of wind noise in your helmet and earplugs that you are, or should be, wearing, make hearing the Sena a bit difficult

Great sound quality, has helped me keep my sanity in my mindless factory job.

That being said, these are great for listening to music in a noisy place (factory, cafe, plane), way cheaper than noise cancelling plugs, and are better than using nothing for protection.

This product, with it's discrete, earplug-like appearance, has assisted me in maintaining my sanity at the overwhelming, laborious, monotonous factory job.-In which I unfortunately spend anywhere from 50-70 hours each week, often going without a day off for many fortnights

I use these in a very loud factory and they muffle pretty much every sound

I less than 3 weeks the wire broke on one of them , and I babied these things and it still happened

The wire begins to break where it protrudes from the plug after approximately three months of use.

I stripped the blue covering and found that these earplugs are nothing more than a few of the thinnest, cheapest wires imaginable sound together in gold, blue, and green and if they are pulled apart or frayed in the slightest then they are useless

With the second pair, the first thing I did was put a tiny drop of CA glue where the wire meets the case, and this at least seems to help, in fact it works so well, that the wire insulation is now pulling off the wires, but the phones still work

but he has to take them out of his ears alot and the wires come loose fairly quickly.

Don't know why people here are putting a bad reviews of these

My advice to the people giving bad reviews, push them further into your ears as they were designed to be worn.

The people giving these a bad review must be high on crack

It may have shipped improperly or something, and ill see about working out a second pair, if those work, ill change my review

I was skeptical about buying these because of the poor reviews of the first generation
