Well, I find this grill to be very very good and useful, brats has always been a problem for me to cook on the stove top, in a pan, they just don't seem to come out well, this Grill does a fantastic job at cooking Brats an patty sausage and breakfast sausages, as a matter of fact, it Cooks them perfectly and quickly

So if you like your brats (or kefta) a little extra browned like I do, flip 'em over and cook 'em again
