Perfect product cook your sausage while you’re getting other things cooked.

The grease goes in a collection cup that wipes out with a paper towel before you put it and the detachable grilling plates in the dishwasher.

The Top Plate doesn't Heat the same as the Bottom Plate, a Waste of $100.00...

For the idiots out there: don't leave the cooker unattended while cooking, take the meat out after the button turns off (the plates are still hot so they will continue to cook until you remove them), and the plates will be very hot, use oven mitts or the equivalent before touching the hot plates.

Each time you take of the cover of the frying pan, grease spits and spatters all over the top of the stove or cooktop

When I cook them in a frying pan, they pooch up in the middle, even if I put a weight on them

When cooking them in a frying pan, it's easy enough to brown the sides, but browning the inside and outside of the curve is nearly impossible

My old method of cooking kielbasa was a frying pan

It was perfectly cooked, and looked and tasted better than any kielbasa I have ever cooked on the stove in a frying pan
