It leaks grease all over the place

For cooking sausage it does a really good job and Cooks in about 12-15 minutes, One problem is when done cooking if you open the top grease will run down the top half and can get into the bottom half

It is easy to clean and drains the grease safely

If doing this causes an extra grease to drain, well, your cardio-vascular will appreciate it

I like the easy use of this product and easy to clean but sausage tend to explode a bit making a small mess in the cooker

The reason for giving 4 stars is that I like my brats to have a bit of "snap" when biting into them like they get cooked on a regular grill, which these don't have cooked on this grill.

And it lets you reset if you prefer your sausage a bit more done like me

I love Italian sausages and was cooking them in a frying pan and it would splatter grease all over or burn the outside and cook unevenly and take forever.

I don't like the spatter when they are cooked in a fry pan.
