Love the temperature control, and easy to clean perfect size for two people.

Perfect size for 2 people and a & grilling a variety of meats.

I love it though because it’s the right size to make a quesadilla or panini or to grill 2 chicken breasts and it was in the color that matches our other appliances.

This is the perfect size - you could probably get 2 large burgers on this, or 4 slider/smaller burgers.

I like the size of this grill, as well as the color (platinum)

This was a gift for our daughter, who is in college, and she said it was the best gift she has ever recieved

I bought it for my wife as a gift she requested and we are pleasantly impressed with the grill and have used it quite often since receiving it.

They are dishwasher safe, but I prefer to warm soapy water and an immediate towel dry

Removeable dishwasher safe grill plates were a must have,.

It has many good features but the plates issue is the fly in the ointment.

The removable plates are a great feature.

it picks up much of the food still on the grids, then I wash or soak the grids in the sink... in the morning after soaking, I finish the washing by hand, otherwise jut washing the grids does a good job.

I've found the culprit to be primarily the top plate, but both can lead to burning when using the grill closed, as it is meant to be

The fact that I can take the plates out to clean is great.

Then the plates won't stay on when cold and smokes out the house if you don't get the plates off fast enough, then the smoke detectors are going off

I also love the removable grill plates for even easier cleaning.

It seems after all these years they could come up worth a neater, cleaner miter efficient way

I like the way this grill heats up - quickly, and I like that the upper and lower grills cleverly remove for cleaning

Product was faulty and needed to be returned.

This product was a complete disappointment

I like this product but in my opinion it gets too hot too fast and there is no way to control the temperature

This product was for my dad and he loves it and uses it for so many items such as hot dogs, bacon, sausage, hamburgers, etc.

This thing is a HAZARD

you have to burn this thing off and it filled our home with toxic smoke

this stupid thing the plates fall off while blazing hot. burns food on one side
