The fixed plate grills have given me consistent and excellent results and I find them easy and quick to clean
Great results, but you need to be careful when moving it, as only the top is not hot.
So far we have tried steak (thin and thick cuts), chicken breast, pork chops, and even hash browns with excellent results and great taste, no dry meat!
On the other hand, two filet mignons at a time work very well.
