I didn't fully understand him, but he said that one of the supports for the two top drums was all bent and it would not fit in the top(it was even poking out of the box when it arrived).

I purchased this for my 6 1/2 year old for christmas it was a great choice the best junior drum set I`ve ever seen and heard

like all the jr drum set brands they have a little flaw here and there but with a little money here and there they can be up graded to be a very solid pro drum set all i had to do was be very careful when playing them cause the mounts that mount the drum set can brake if you beat the hell out of them, or over tighten them, on the mounting arm

This is good quality real drums with the exception of the snare , my boyfriend who is a pro drummer was very impressed he could easily teach my 6 yr old to play better than a starter drum so happy

My 4 year old grand daughter me and hubby have enjoyed her banging the drums
