Increases engine noise to a nice subtle growl under load/acceleration

In regards to the intake itself, I was really surprised from the amount of engine noise generated

The factory intake really does a good job of decreasing the in cabin engine noise, this one does NOT

I have used this part for over two months, at first I was not a fan, the engine noise at high torque low speeds was a bit overbearing, however after the ECM made its adjustments it wasn't as bad an know gives a throaty tone that just makes the engine sound like a V8.

The engine noise does get reducted over time.

I typically like a little engine noise, just not on an Escalade

Hey K&N, why after designing such a nice kit, do you finish it out with cheap s#*@?Overall, very happy with the kit, and do not regret my purchase
