Cold air intakes never really produce that much HP but they have other benefits like those I described.

I purchased the K&N cold air intake for my 2017 GMC truck, after installing the intake it gave me nothing but problems

The cold air intake was easy to install, I completed the installation in a little under an hour

Unless my truck is the exception, I would not recommend this intake for improving fuel mileage.

The primary advantage of these is to get ride of the ugly stock intake and replace it with a much nicer looking intake with a filter that never needs to be replaced (just cleaned and re-oiled).
