Electronics problems, or upgrades necessary to "make it sound like a Kala" made the price of a "cheaper model" about the same... with no warrentee... because you upgraded it

Kind of takes the edge off a well priced online

This is a good instrument at a good price

The only negative is that the pickup isn’t working evenly across all 4 strings - the low E is definitely quieter than the rest

First week using it at the JEMS My Hermon Family retreat, it was hard to dial in through my Hartke HA1200 KickBack12 the Low E was weak as was the G com,pared to the A & D strings
