The app is user friendly and is an easy add for those who already have the Kasa smart home product, (also highly recommend the TP-Link/Kasa products)

I loved this product at first, and it is still good EXCEPT customer service.

The absolute worst product and even worse customer service!

The other camera, as well as all the other smart home products I am using still worked

If you own many Kasa compatible products, your system is incomplete without this Camera

We've had TP link smart home products for 2 years and are used to how they function and operate

Great product

If they could combine the optics and sound of the Kasa Cam with the functionality of the HD Pan/Tilt they would have an unbeatable product

I thought I might have a defective product, so I ordered a replacement

To me that doesn’t really limit the Kasa that much, as it is out of the box as-is it is a good value in terms of video quality, functionality and ease of use and at least as good as, if not a better, product than the more famous brand.

This product works awesome when it works, but the wireless range is not good and therefore it's not as useful as I wanted.
