    Kayak Hoist – Overhead Pulley System with 125 lb Capacity for Kayak, Canoe, Bike, or Ladder Storage by Rad Sportz

    • Holds the canoe just fine once installed

    • This RAD Sportz Kayak Hoist system was NOT an easy install, and as far as the pulley instructions go this was not laid out or illistrated correctly, what "should" have taken my Son and Daughter maybe an hour, ended up taking us four (4) hours
    • Once installed, I found that it simply did not work.
    • Install was fairly easy but the instructions for threading the ropes are terrible.

    • If everything is installed correctly, the eye bolt will be secure in the pulley and the rope will not touch the nyloc nut.- Cut off the excess material of the kayak straps after the loops you want to use

    • Very easy install... the longest part of the install was figuring out the direction of the rope through the pullies and the block

    • Notes: It MUST be attached through the ceiling to a strong beam(s), so accurately locating that beam is essential

    • Only 4 stars as the company shouldn't include any lag screws and should require the purchaser to buy the appropriate rated screws for mounting as the included screws for my application were too short and some were very poor quality as they broke.
