I love that I can finally use a spray that isn't nasty canola oil!

Very convenient for when you only want a little oil to coat pan and don't want to scoop it out of a jar

We love spray oils, so this is a great product for us!

I like the oil but the darn spray nozzle clogs very easily

All I do is scrape the dried oil from the opening and it works just fine.

I don't use this often, but I am so happy to have a cooking spray with a healthy oil!!For muffins - if you want to avoid cooking sprays, use the If You Care liners, they don't stick!!

My experience is that this does not spray very evenly like most cooking oil sprays like PAM or whatever.

I've seen virgin olive oil in spray cans but never, my favorite and the most healthful, coconut oil.

i have been reading that coconut oil is the better oil to use for cooking, i use it to pan fry salmon, trout, and eggs,and its different but my wife and i like it better than olive oil
