Great coconut spray, soy free!!!

Needs a better spray nozzle.

I love this cooking spray, it is my favorite and I reach for it every time

There have been some good olive oil sprays, but olive oil isn't what you'dalways want to use

They didn't stick as much as using no spray, but certainly more than they do when I use the less expensive spray

Does not make things taste like coconut and is healthier spray to use to keep things from sticking
