Helps because too short for feet to hit ground.

Works as advertised, now I have an adequate foot stool that easily fits under my desk.

This is not a sturdy foot rest and it's expensive

Just by positioning my feet and legs on the foot rest instead of hanging down on the floor solved my issues!

It makes any day at the office incredibly comforting for your lower back, your feet, and your legs (so they aren't impinged by the edge of your seat).

While I don't use it all the time, it gives my feet a break when I need it!
