It does not seem that this product is in many inventories, and makes me wonder if it is being discontinued because of poor quality

Bought this in feb 2018. started having problems in may, doesnt work now> poor quality as with the last two I purchased

It's a good quality product and is holding up quite well despite heavy use and infrequent cleaning.

Very Disappointed that Keurig would sell such a poor quality machine.

Keurig quality for this item is questionable

only used keurig cups and followed all instructions etc.for the price it is very bad quality and will not last.

It's already broken as of early June

I measured the water temperature both with cold and hot input water as well as with and without a Kcup present

I called customer support, cleaned up as they told me worked for once
