I received as a gift for Christmas and didn't like it didn't hold water like the larger versions, so I put it to the side and still used my larger coffee maker

If you don’t mind filling up each time, this model works great for just simple coffee, tea, and hot water

Sometimes it brews lukewarm coffee-flavored water, Then it will flood the receiving cup and overflow on to the counter.

Hopefully they will give me a refund for this horrible productEdit: after two mornings without coffee, and brewing strictly hot water through the keurig, I was finally able to get more than 2 oz to come through

I paid almost $100 for it and it leaks water out of the bottom already.

This coffee maker is incapable of discharging hot water constantly.

i re-read their user guide and tried several more times; the POS would make noises like it was boiling the water, then a pumping noise, then all quiet, but no coffee

We only use purified water in it now.

It stopped draining the water into the chamber

The water no longer comes out, broke 2 weeks after I bought it.

I called the company and they said it was clogged due to hard water and gave me some suggestions on how to clean it out.

I like that it does not store the water inside but empties each cup.

The other great feature is you always are using "fresh" water... not from a reservoir that could have a tendency to be stagnant.

This is the slowest Kuerig ever and it leaks water every time you make a cup of coffee

It starts with it giving only small portions of hot water.

Not a good product while emptying the water it burned my arm would not recommend

Issue they said was my well water.

It’s compact, and lasted over a year with regular use and hard water until our house was struck by lightning and fried it

The water level sensor does not work all the time and there is no way to recover for some timeouts other than pulling the plug and inverting upside down, possibly pouring hot water all over.

it's the "hard" water

I hated the water that just sat there in the reservoir unit for days...and also had to clean/refresh more often that I prefer

Even with regular cleaning and purified water these coffee makers seem to last just past the warranty period.

Then now water is delayed 3 minutes before it fills my cup.

The old machine just seemed to heat water slower and not as hot as it should have.

But I prefer it because it doesn't hold water in the tank like other bigger models

Power still comes on, but no Joe! Descaled once and only used purified water.

On the down side, you can't leave it on to have the water hot and ready for a second cup

unless you have perfect water, don't buy this.

After just a few days of us it has quite working all together…it will not even drop the water from the top into the lower reservoir at all

The machine must extract like 5% of the coffee and leaves you with a nice warm water when it’s finished

Would have trouble getting it to brew, every time I would open the top, the water would drain to the tray, but then it would tell me I am low on water, so I would have to refill it again

The feature I like but others may not sit the fact that I pour fresh water into coffee maker and I get what I put into the machine.

He barely used it before deploying and it stopped warming water and then stopped working all together.

You either need to,START with hot water or microwave it when you are finished dripping.

Live in hard water

The hot water would not come out

For some reason, cold water affects the sensors and stops the pump from activating.

We do not have hard water so there should be no mineral build up.

Just the tiniest bit of hot water comes out, even though the water chamber is full

I've had it three months and it somehow is spitting the hot water out the bottom and not through the k-cup.

I spent about 40 minutes brewing hot water through the keurig over 2 mornings

Perfect if you need a single cup of coffee or hot water for tea

but I really like that I can make 1 cup at a time with fresh water.

I thought that this single serve coffee maker would be the perfect fit for my needs - a single serving at a time, using fresh water pre-measured with the coffee cup being used, and the flexibility to use K-cups or my own coffee and filter

What I end up with in my cup is like warm coffee-bean-flavored water

I’m getting muddy water droplets at the bottom of the mug.

It's already broken as of early June

I measured the water temperature both with cold and hot input water as well as with and without a Kcup present

I called customer support, cleaned up as they told me worked for once

I'd recommend any other K-Cup machine besides the Keurig brand as they obviously lack customer service & quality.
