Well, I have had past Keurig machines have early failures with various sealed system, pump failures so there is no real way to repair them

This is our third machine - the other two died, one in 11 months.

What is a big problem is that these machines are impossible to clean

This is a large, bulky coffee machine

I get the argument that the machine is protecting itself and the user - but there is no threat with either with the aforementioned K-cups.

You have to purchase different k cups for travel mug sizes unless you hack the machine to get to hidden menu for different sizes.

I've done this multiple times, unplugged the machine, cleaned out the K-cup areas

Putting coco in a reuseable pod or tea in a reuable pod will cause harm to the machine because it will not pour correctly threw th pod may clog the machine

Be certain to get the correct size cups or you have to trick the machine by taking the foil off of the new pods and using that to cover the outdated pods and trick the machine to brew

I agree with some reviewers that a water temp option would be a perfect feature since sometimes it's not quite as hot as I like it
