It doesn't even deserve one star...broke not even 6 months old!!

So with the hack/spoof, I give this sucker pretty much 4.5 stars.

I actually would have liked to rate it 4.5, but there's not a 1/2 star available.

Did not give full 5 stars because this is first day using just after delivery, but from experience from other model keurigs, this should not disappoint as long as used as directed & maintain properly.

four stars for that, knocking off one star for the poor carafe feature.

No stars the thing was unusable and now I have no gift for my exchange

I was sure the coffee couldn't taste as good as when I grind my own beans and make an entire pot, but I was wrong

It works as it should but reservoir is smaller than you think, options better on bigger unit.

Great as always
