So I had to contact customer support, they sent a new one, which I received the day before my trip abroad

I had initially been unsuccessful reaching their customer support but it turned out that I had submitted my questions via their web site just as they updated the web site software, causing some problems in my reaching them

A few years ago, both the customer support and product were superb
