Really does not work avoid this product at all costs!!!!

No more free WhatsApp, therefore this product becomes absolutely useless because their roaming rates are higher than what you can get on a local sim card with no contract in many countries

We were in Lisbon for 4 days and it seems like this product is ideal if you are hopping around and really need to call / text people when you land, and are staying only for a short time with minimal usage

Once tech support understood the problem, they declined to refund my money (unfortunately, I bought directly from Knowroaming.com, not realizing that Amazon sells this product as well)
