It is easy to set up, the app is easy to use and allows you to edit the pictures as you go
-
I hate Kodak apps and programs but this one is actually really nice and it is user friendly
-
It’s a basic app that has “film negative, color negative, positive film” settings for your camera so it can interpret the image it sees over the film plate.
-
The app works very well...astonishingly well for black/white negative (I’ll upload some pics) and simply “okay” for color negative

Kodak recommends using their free app with this
-
This film scanner comes with a really nice app that allows me to edit the images from the film.
-
Like every app you have to read the included manual and play.
-
The app is decent but what do you expect for this price
-
Sadly the Android app crashes constantly on my Moto G3
-
Doesn't work well with multi lens iPhones, the app is absolutely useless (doesn't focus, colors are off, resolution is utter crap) and it's positively frustrating to even use it as a camera platform for other apps
-
I have only done slides, the light is too bright and the app is worthless.
-
The app that comes with it makes it so easy to scan and edit my photos
-
The app is user-friendly
-
Easy to assemble and the app worked great for negatives
-
The app (free) gives you some photo enhancement capabilities to get you close, but some slide transfers may take more robust tools
-
The app that comes with it is also great as it allows me to edit the film and then share it if I'd like
-
It's not very much user friendly and the APP does not work well in saving the final picture (when used).Unfortunately I cannot recommend this product as its cost (price) is not justified by the quality of the product.
-
The App is kinda' flaky sometimes
-
App is super easy to use!!
-
But the app to edit the scanned pictures does not work.
-
I would have given this 5 stars if the scanning app was better.
-
The app is a bit buggy at times but with it you can dial in every aspect of the image and crop as desired
-
The app is frustrating to use
-
After you slide the negative strip in you can scan them one by one with the free app
-
Allows making digital copies with Kodak App, Your preferred Camera App, or even with a preferred PDF Scanner App
-
At first I despaired because everything I saw on the screen was a black frame, luckily I have another app and with it, it was much easier to adjust the lens, overall the device is not bad at all, I like it.
-
It works as it says it does
-
Although the quality isn't as good as if you used a professional film negative scanner, it's good enough and great bang for your buck.
