We were please with the ease of return and the speedy refund of the cost of the Scanza as well as the price of the extended warranty we had purchased for the machine.

Price appears reasonable, what is a bit frustrating are the instructions which do not offer basics, but assume one knows how to “Power on” the unit, and what you use to draw power from the wall and from a computer, also took a few minutes that one must push and hold down the no off button awaiting the power to come on.
