Great product, use it to tune string bass and it works perfectly.

You can plug directly into it or have it close to the guitar and still get an accurate tune out of it.

Even though it is digital, it shows an analog needle-type meter that allows for very precise tuning

(and unfortunately, that means my ear isn't as good as it used to be, because it means that the poor tuning was my ear's fault and not the instrument).

It does a good job of determining what string you're hitting, and helps you fine-tune it to where it's supposed to be

The tuned strings sound very strange and absolutely out of tune when tuned by this device
