I recently purchased the Koss Porta Pros and couldn't be happier with that decision.

Unfortunately, the Porta Pros are even more disappointing in the sound department

With the Porta-Pros, because of the metal headband the cable split is outside of the earcup, so you've got the "Y" and a very rigid, kinked cable that always ends up twisted around inside the pouch when you pull them back out

The Porta Pros feel flimsy, and the metal band gets caught in your hair if you try to adjust it.

these headphones are smaller than i expected them to be but that is why they are called "Porta Pros"

The included 'case' is a tiny bag that isn't actually big enough to store the Porta Pros

In comparison to the Sennheiser HD202s, the Porta Pros are every bit just as good.

They aren't called Porta Pros for nothing

I replaced them with the Porta Pros, and I can recommend them VERY highly

There were two main contenders in the replacement search: Audio Technica M20x and the Porta Pros.

Granted, the sound reproduction will be influenced by whatever headphones you use to listen to this demo, it was still pretty easy to determine the sound characteristics of the Porta Pros (even using earbuds).

After buying about 5 more pairs of headphones and not liking the sound of any of them, I got my 3rd set of Porta Pros and played random songs at medium volume constanly for days to break them in and have been using them for about a year now without any problems
