Horrible customer service!I reached out to customer service one more time, but not very hopeful they will be helpful

I called KRUPS and they have the WORST customer service

We contacted worthless customer service

then I was stuck with horrible customer service (rude) and no coffee pot for 3 weeks while they try to repair it.

Reached out to Krupa customer service per their instructions as they have no customer service members available to talk live

TERRIBLE customer service.

I never would have bought this machine if I knew of this poor customer service.
