Not a great customer service experience, let alone the hassle.

Perhaps some of the people who have had bad experiences were disassembling to clean too often?

I do not know if my experience is anomalous, but I do know that I resent having to spend tomorrow afternoon going to UPS to return this product

It was a terrible experience and it took Krups two months to fix it with zero communication

This results in the weakest WORST coffee experience ever.

My only objection is that when I set the coffee strength to strong, it isn't as strong as I like.
