Sad to say that my mom killed this coffee pot in less than 2 months!

And now I stupidly broke the pot itself.

While the coffeemaker brews a good pot using already ground coffee, the grind function doesn't grind beans fine enough to make adequately strong coffee

The pot leaks no matter how much is in there.

Grider is a little loud but other wise best coffee pot I have ever owned.

I really love this coffee pot and I really enjoy having my coffee the exact same way every morning.

i brought a brand new in april 2019, it breakdown early January 2020,i brew averagely 2 pots every weekdays in the office.i'm not sure its service life is only 8

I have had quite a few in search of everything I want: ease of use, control of strength, little or no maintenance, easy clean, large pot, and a heater plate.

The coffee pot made an excellent pot of coffee (once) but now I can't find a replacement for the pot.

The end result is a strong yet balanced pot of coffee every time
