Worst purchase in years

purchased refurbished & key parts missing

Good purchase.

However, this purchase was a waste of money.

It lasted about 2-3 months past warranty, which made it a very expensive purchase.

This might be the worst purchase I’ve made all year

We would recommend buying separate paper filters for this product but other than that, a wonderful purchase.

I have never seen a company not replace a product that is brand new and never used, that didn’t work when purchased

The grinder function did not work as we thought it should.

The old filters don't fit flush into the recess for amoeba shaped pod of charcoal ... guess we'll see if it floats up out of its well as it gets used.... also, I thought I saw a drain hole in the top of the handle, but mistook the depression at the top of the handle and it holds water when you use the dishwasher to clean the carafe (even though the directions say to hand wash - who does that?

Every morning we can have coffee at home that almost as good as if we bought it at a coffee shop
