The unit looked awesome and having a burr grinder was a great addition instead of using the blade type unit that we currently had.

They include this tiny brush to clean the entire unit as the only part that IS removable is the coffee strainer.1 star

This automatic unit is simply not smart enough to get it right.

I would recommend this unit.

My unit stopped working after 35 days, so couldn't return to Amazon (grinder stopped working), Called Krups Sept 24, got an RMA and shipping label, shipped to repair facility, confirmed receipt from repair facility Oct 8

Unit stopped working after a month

Then the second unit failed to initiate the grinding/brewing process following setup.

- so, I will drill a small hole through it like I did on the earlier version to correct that problem.... coffee tasted good on first pot... hoping to enjoy this unit for a long time....

The second unit arrived and worked great for the first 3-4 pots of coffee.

Received the unit and while lifting the box, I wondered why the item rattled.

If this unit worked as advertised it's a great value

First unit worked great for 20 days, then nothing.

This unit seemed perfect but a little disappointrd

My only objection is that when I set the coffee strength to strong, it isn't as strong as I like.
