It did jam a few times the first few

It makes a mess of my counters and floor every time I use it, to the point that I actually started buy ground coffee-something I haven't done in 25 or more years

Every time I grind coffee and take the holder out coffee grounds go everywhere

The burr grinder delivers a great, consistent grind every time.

This thing aggravates the living hell out of me every time I use it, and it's a crappy way to start your day

Every time I want to change the grind I have to empty it and take it apart...pain in my a$$.Jams a lot.

As others have mentioned this burr grinder creates so much static electricity that it creates a mess every time you use it

Burr grinding for me is essential for French press for consistent grounds and a reliable cup every time, especially if you're particular about the beans you brew

Probably used it less than 40 times before it died

Moreover, I'm not convinced this it's going to last very long at all - every time the motor whines, it sound like it's about to quit.

After 2 months, it has stopped grinding the beans efficiently and the carafe spills every time I pour a cup

And it's so fast that the sound doesn't have time enough to get to you

After every use you have to take everything apart and clean it in order for a proper brew the next time

That being said, I end up with ground coffee all over the counter between the time I grind it and the time I put the container back into the grinder

While effective, it takes a long time and a lot of effort especially if you’re brewing 40+ grams worth of grounds

Even at the finest setting 1, the coffee beans aren’t grounded that well, plus it is a major hassle cleaning the container each time since water steams make everything wet and sticky

The only thing that got me is that when I open the container to get the grind it makes a mess - every time

It comes with a 2 year warranty and it looks like it will last a long time

She uses it all the time and has only complemented it

But this time, taking out the upper grind part and cleaning it did NOT get it to work again

You still have the option of using ground coffee if needed and I will probably keep some on hand for when I want my coffee a little faster with less clean up time

Maybe the 8th time I used it, it got jammed and this time I spend like 15 minutes trying to figure out how to clean it
