    Ledger Nano X - The Best Crypto Hardware Wallet - Bluetooth - Secure and Manage Your Bitcoin, Ethereum, ERC20 and Many Other Coins

    • I reached out to ledger from Amazon and directly thru their website for a warranty exchange, no reply, absolutely zero customer support
    • Customer support is horrible
    • ...there is no customer support
    • Amazing product and customer support
    • After a month of waiting, and follow up emails to their customer support, still absolutely NO RESPONSE
    • Good customer support and ledger live is pretty easy to figure out
    • Already waited 7 days for wallet, now it's a dud, have to wait for customer support via email (always a tedious chore) then I have to send it back to them, then they send me a new one
    • Sadly, Ledger does not value customer support which was evident in the fact that they never bothered following up on my ticket, I waited a week.
