Great product and the Ledger Live app has improved from a couple months ago when I got my first Nano X (this one is a gift for someone)

The mobile app is user friendly too, I also use a mac desktop.

I love this néw ledger and its app it makes it so much easier to manage

The set-up didn't take long and the apps that integrate are easy to use

Ideally, the ledger live app ought to support all the different tokens.

The security of the nano is awesome and gives me total control of my crypto

While I appreciate and respect the security of device it was difficult to pair device to my cell phone

Well, if you are a roockie in criptocurrencies maybe to use this device it's not to easy, but you can find a lot of tutorials in youtube that can you to use ledger and keep the most important coins

If Trezor supported more coins I'd switch to them at a moment's notice

The only drawback is not every coin is fully supported, so it’s necessary to download various wallet apps or use web wallets that interface with the ledger, to access my coins

Positives: bluetooth connectivity, enough space for several coins/appsNegatives: price, coin support, deceptive company, "live" companion app doesn't support many popular coins

Good customer support and ledger live is pretty easy to figure out

Customer support is horrible

but I wanted something of good quality and it does not disappoint

So what is has a metal shroud that folds over to protect it, build quality is basically poor for what goes into that shroud

If Ledger cannot perform proper quality control, why should we trust their wallets to safeguard our crypto?

Well, Ledger ran a special that I just couldn't pass up, so I purchased

I don’t have time to deal with the hardware issues on my defective device

The device wont work after you disconnect from the charging cable

However, the phone does see other non-pared Bluetooth device as well as paired devices and is able to work with the paired devices fine

After many attempts, the device only works occasionally.

The first nano X I purchased stopped working when on of the buttons stopped working, so I ordered a second out of necessity.

This Nano X doesnt work and support does not contact you not even by mail

Trevor Model T build quality is much better that Nano X.

My PC does see the Nano X - but a new discovery - the Nano X does not support connecting to a PC via Bluetooth

ledger nano x will not charge - a simple search will tell you all you need to know about how faulty this product is - "ledger nano x will not charge" - the device will show plugged in.. but the battery connection or battery itself is faulty

but i did use a USB c to c connection and was able to get the app running on my phone and it worked very smoothly

Just Google Nano X charging issues and

When I unplug the charger, it shuts down automatically due to critical battery charge.

Device has defective batteries and charging ports break after 1-2 hours of use and the refund process is a hassle being that the package has to go through customs

I would purchase another cold storage device that is easier to use.

There is at least one that offers a couple of moves to cold storage monthly if that is in your plans

It has enough storage space that you do not need to shuffle apps

The cheaper one only has enough storage for 2 or 3 types of crypto to display at any one time.

But it likely isnt worth cost of moving to cold storage unless you plan on holding the crypto for some time.

Went smooth during setup with Linux then blows up the first time you try to add an account.

By purchasing it late in December I did not get it that far when the hack was reported

This hack was reported in a warning report.

I took it off the USB cable for storage, the battery was dead the next time I wanted to use it.
