Very well built piece of headphones for people who are on the phone for long periods of time

I have never had retractable ear pieces before, so the jury is still out on that one

Retractable ear pieces have a hardtime rectracting back to its original place.

The earbuds stay firmly in place in the ear, the sound is good, bathe battery life is excellent

Besides that, the battery life is good, but not as good as the LG headset

The vibrating alerts me that I have a call when my phone is on silent (which is always) and the battery life is AWESOME!

These are decent headphones for the price, but not quite up to par with the LG's

Its comfortable, I like the design, but this headset is only for bass, and its not even good at that

The design is nice, sound is good and the battery lasts about 10 hours of constant listening

Oh well back to the lg tone platinum (which I think are scientifically designed to break after one year) still the best design and sound wuality in retractable earbuds so far

The Legato Arc (R72E) bluetooth headset keeps the familiar design of a neck band with retractable ear buds, but here they retract with a pull of the bud rather than with a push of a button on the LG

Great product for the price especially, love them, had no problem so far

The sound is not loud as I would like it to be and the thinness of the cables is a bit worrying but in general, it is a great product

Great product to compete with the LG tone line of products

This is a really good product and what I was looking for.

I had a bad dew headsets before this one, from trying to save a few dollars by going off-brand, and didn't like the reviews for the big brands like LG (even though I liked the Tone-730, but I prefer the retractable earbuds)

-- A positive: the reel cords are wearing extremely well... esp considering the rest of the product is showing all sorts of QC and T&E warts

The earpieces are extremely comfortable, and I love the retracting cords triggered by pulling (rather than pressing buttons)

The sound is not loud as I would like it to be and the thinness of the cables is a bit worrying but in general, it is a great product

I had the $15 foldable one (which had a great sound, but too heavy on my collar bone).

Ear buds retract fully only if you give them a firm tug but the wires are so thin your scared to tug too hard

The have good sound quality and the retractable ear buds are a plus, but the right side of the headset is beginning to separate.

The buds don't pop out of my ears like my other set did3

The noise cancellation seems to actually work with this set (had awful complaints about previous headsets picking up background noise, but these ones seem not to)

If I was in a store or somewhere outside, the person on the other end could hear even the tiniest background noise

The 2 ways that Arc is superior to the LG is with regard to background noise and durability

Some phone calls aren't as great as I may have previously led you to believe; I still have some complaints about background noise, or quality (usually from me being muffled or far away) but these co.plaints aren't as bad as when I used my previous headsets

The Arc does a much better job at masking unwanted background noise
