Bands are very well made and have a good range of stiffness to suit different exercise needs

I also have a set of cloth bands, but where greater range of motion is needed, these are my go-to

The resistance on them is fine at first but bands stretch pretty quickly.

They are very thin and too stretchy for a good workout.

These will serve the purpose of the most basic resistance band exercises, but these are not intended for intense workouts or strength training

When I’m working out, if I find a workout to be tough, or I just need a little break, I will adjust my band to a lighter one

The material across all five bands seems to be of very good quality (I've only had it a few days)
