There are a variety of resistances and they can be doubled up if the highest resistance is not enough

Much greater resistance and heavier latex for more effective workouts

The yellow "light" band is like having no resistance

Really durable resistance bands

However the top two give decent resistance so I will use it for the price

Too thin and not enough resistance

Even the Heaviest resistance is not incredibly powerful

All in all they are good resistance bands, however you should be very cautious when using the lighter resistance bands because mine started to tear after a while of usage

Fabric tends to have a “stop” to it while these add resistance but don’t hard-limit how much range.

But I love the resistance the higher levels give.
