Best resistance band I've ever used.
-
best resistance
-
There are a variety of resistances and they can be doubled up if the highest resistance is not enough
-
Much greater resistance and heavier latex for more effective workouts
-
The resistance of the bands are effective
-
The yellow "light" band is like having no resistance
-
Really durable resistance bands
-
However the top two give decent resistance so I will use it for the price
-
Too thin and not enough resistance
-
Even the Heaviest resistance is not incredibly powerful
-
All in all they are good resistance bands, however you should be very cautious when using the lighter resistance bands because mine started to tear after a while of usage
-
Fabric tends to have a “stop” to it while these add resistance but don’t hard-limit how much range.

But I love the resistance the higher levels give.
-
Great resistance bands for the price
-
Pretty good resistance for beginners.
-
Bands give a good resistance
-
The bands are excellent resistance quality
-
These bands are comfortable to use and the different resistance gives them versatility
-
Worst resistance bands ever
-
Love the different resistance
-
Great little resistance bands
-
I like the varied resistance
-
Even the toughest resistance doesn’t provide nearly enough.
-
You can even combine bands for stronger resistance.
-
They are all easy and do mot have good resistance
-
Love the resistance
-
The resistance on them is fine at first but bands stretch pretty quickly.
-
Have doubled up for greater resistance when desired.
-
Great resistance!
-
Love the resistance and quality!
-
The resistance between 10 and 20 pounds can be felt and it's not gimmicky
-
Absolutely hate these r like rubber bands- my fault
-
The bands i have used at the gym or shorter, but t this point they work good
-
They work exactly as they should
-
Yes I'd like a
