When I’m working out, if I find a workout to be tough, or I just need a little break, I will adjust my band to a lighter one

As fairly fit guy I find the 4th and 5th band to be the best workout for legs

probably good for people wanting to get some kind of effective home workout or especially for physical therapy.

I put a few on for legs/glutes, but there are a ton of great workout resources online, and you can really make them work for you.

However, I am enjoying the workouts, already coming up with new uses beyond the suggested ones in the manual.

They are very thin and too stretchy for a good workout.
