I handpicked this monitor for it’s 144 refresh rate, glorious color, G Sync, and how games would look

G-sync however is not very helpful

The free-sync version is $250 cheaper ($420 w/ tax) and you dont get tearing when you run

The G-sync is awesome also.

The 144Hz G-Sync works great with my NVIDIA gpu, and the IPS display has great color accuracy for every game I've tried

The color is great, though not much different from my old monitor (which was admittedly pretty high quality for its time), the ultra-wide aspect really opens up the viewing range (especially in shooters), and the refresh rate + g-sync make things noticeably smoother than before
