• Reviews around unit (2.75 of 5)

    LG BP620 3D Blu-Ray Player with Built-In Wi-Fi - Black

    • The unit is nicely compact and the feel is plasticy, but durable
    • This unit can manually or automatically (recommended) adjust resolution to get the best video quality and correct screen ratio
    • This doesn't have some of the cool features of the Panasonic (which is why it only gets 4 stars), but the interface is clean, the unit is fast, and everything works as described
    • The picture is great, and the unit is quiet in operation.
    • (same unit not available, so what, you sent me the last crappy rebuilt unit you had on the shelf)
    • In short, the unit may be fine as a basic Bluray player or for any PURCHASED services over the Web
    • Really nice unit
    • I live in Brazil (region code 4) and I have other DVDs from USA reason why I needed a region free unit
    • The unit has died less than 3 years later and won't play DVDs of either kind
    • My inital refurbished unit had a problem
    • WHAT A MISTAKE......Unit arrived with problems out of the box.
    • I'd recommend this unit.
    • My DVD's look better on my more expensive unit, but only marginally.
    • this unit works streamlessly with the 32" LG 3D TV i already own (i always recommend setting up media stations with the same brand of product as much as possible).Setting up was as easy as possible; plug in HDMI cable, plug in power cable, insert batteries into remote, insert 3d bluray disc, hit play.
    • I replaced the unit with a Panasonic blu-ray of the same price and that unit has been great
    • (Seller and Rebuilder NOT the same) - it is now weeks since I sent the defective unit back
    • I highly recommend this unit.
    • I would highly recomend this unit to anyone, worth every dollar.
    • (same unit not available, so what, you sent me the last crappy rebuilt unit you had on the shelf)
    • I replied i had and received a second immediate responce indicating a replacement unit was being shipped with the listed tracking number a return label for the defective unit at the end of the business day
    • It makes what could have been a great unit just that much less than it could be
    • I hope it was just a bad unit and not a systemic issue with the model since I also ordered another one a few days ago for another location prior to having these shutdown/connection issues.
    • and I was surprised at how cheap the unit looked and felt when I first opened the box.
    • Nice very reasonably priced unit, simple to hook into the system and run, very nice quality picture from the Blu Ray movies.
    • At this point, I would not recommend more than one LG player unit
    • It's possible that I simply have a bad unit, but I don't really recommend spending money on this.
    • Twice within the first week the unit "froze" and I needed to unplug the unit to get it to work again.
    • It's a good unit.
    • Looks like the unit can play files up to 1 gigabyte but will not recognize anything bigger than that
    • Also, the unit hangs up when pointed to a DLNA server with thousands of pictures loaded
    • Unfortunately, this unit quit working properly and I have returned it
    • This unit only lasted about 6 months before total failure, and in retrospect never worked properly
    • This is the only unit still available that i could find that would support my subtitle and av requirements period
    • I'm not sure of what more expensive units would provide, except perhaps a broader range of streaming vendors
    • I mainly used this device for Netflix and whatnot which worked fine until the unit quit working all together.
    • And this part was my fault, but the unit was actually bad from the beginning, and I didn't start a support case until the labor warranty (90-days) was over, so repair would cost $69, nearly the cost of the unit.
