    LG Electronics 27MU88-W 27-Inch Screen LED-lit Monitor

    • Charges my Macbook as well
    • At my previous job, I had a very nice MacBook Pro, which I used with a Thunderbolt workstation.
    • ", I can leave the whole setup turned ON all the time (the MacBook is passively cooled and makes no noise at all and is very efficient, barely uses power, no more than an iPad which is ON all the time anyway
    • It also works great with my Early 2016 MacBook 12" connected via the included USB-C cable
    • I really tried to like this monitor but its USB-C simply doesn’t reliably charge my MacBook Pro, like some other reviewers experienced
    • I'm tempted to give this a lower rating just to draw attention to what I believe is a design flaw that - while not affecting a LOT of people, it's just dumbfounding as to how LG can design such a BEAUTIFUL monitor and screw up something that has been a problem for years
    • The speakers do not work over the USB C or HDMI interface
    • I am a bit disappointed that USB Type C of the laptop works fine, I know this because it works with other Monitors but the one I select to have at the office at home isn't
    • Work great with macbook pro usb-c
    • I love being able to play games maxed out in 4K and also to watch movies in 4K
    • My eyes just really prefer the 4K when they have to stare at the screen for 10 hours a day
    • I preferred the LG 4K for playing the game, but not so much that there was a noticeable image difference, but I again go back to the eye fatigue comments I made above
    • What I don't like about the 5K
