purchased got a replacement and both had dead pixels, for it being the best usb c option out there, this was a terrible experience

did think about it, but I brought docking station for laptop and used its USB 3.0 ports for mouse and keyboard).I will keep trying and will update if I have a breakthrough.**Update 06/11/2016I changed the USB C to USB 3.0 cable and also tried another USB device(USB drive) and worked right away

I love the monitor itself -- beautiful screen, perfect solution for USB-C without dongles -- but like some other people I just had the USB-C port die on me after 10 months
