I love this phone and am amazed to see so many poor reviews.

There weren't many options for the old style, and the LG Extravert 2 had the best (not great, but best) reviews of all the ones I saw on Amazon

I wrote a lengthy review on the Verizon website, but it has never been posted

These issues are the reason for most of the its bad reviews.
