These are an impossible headset to own for someone who does business or talks to family frequently through their headset.

This headset is nice

I sent in an HBS-910 headset after it fell apart on my neck after 11 months

Sometimes the headset will work for multiple hours and other time it will only work for 30 seconds

This headset looks great; but, the good looks come at the expense of usability

This is hands down the best headset I've owned so far.

I love LG headsets but the HBS Call Quality is Terrible, people on the other end of the call can't hear a word I'm saying and the sound quality is just ok.

Overall, I've had one other LG headset in the past for nearly six years, and I've always loved the Harmin/Kardon sound quality, together with the practicality of retractible earbuds.

TO SUMMARIZE, the 920 is a would-have-been awesome headset.
